i changed the skin back as you can see... i'm not too sure which one i like most so i'll just go with popular demand
not that there's popularity involved in it...

its been a fairly relaxed couple of days which probably should have been spent working. but instead i ended up hiding in my room, watching movies - including the spanish version of New Moon from the twilight sega.

i did break my hybernation to go out last night for my brother's 21st birthday, where my mother asked me to dress smart and we ended up going to a pub... i was there in a black lace dress. my aunt and uncle who were waiting for us were in jeans and casual tops... thank you mother.
we then ended up waiting for over an hour for our starters but the food was lovely.. once it got to us.
my hilariously crazy ginger uncle proceeded to get a little tipsey and told us tales about how he used to be a DJ and how he managed to take empty bottles and glasses from the storage rooms behind the pubs, bring them back to the bar and ask for a 'refill' and therefore getting free alcohol all night. got to admit that that was a little funny if nothing else.
but, as many other peopl have experienced, when a member of the family has a little too much alcohol, the embarrassing stories and comments are never too far away. so i learnt about where my uncle and aunt were during the creation of my brother. and i also have to bring my next boyfriend to meet the family so he can recieve threats.. i really hope he was only teasing. but has to go see him at some point as my mum and my brother's girlfriend very strongly hinted that we are an item.... sorry about that D.

family has been a little messed up this week- one reason for my hybernation. i really wanted to get out a few times, but i had nowhere to go, it was raining, and i didnt feel like walking into people that i'm to welcome to be around.. so i stayed put.

but yeh.. got home after a 4 hour meal and hit the hay. woke up, decided to wake up ... well actually, i didnt think. so.. sorry again D :S
then watched New Moon in english. after the 2 hours of co-dependent characters i went to help with the cooking and saw that my brother has been given a flat screen tv from his girlfriend for his birthday.... this is the 2nd one that hes had in 3 years.
some people find all the luck i guess.

bronchitis seems to be clearing up... this will be my 9th week of it then hopefully it will be gone. my school have taken me out of tutorial and PE so i should have more time to catch up the work that i should have spent this weekend doing. i know my art teacher is going to shout at me. but to be honest, i prefer the other one anyway.. but i have even more work to do for her. i'm a little more euthusiastic to do that work.. but i just havent gotten round to it.

i thought a few days ago about doing a 365.. but then one of the photographers i'm watching is just about to turn 16 and is going to do one. she's not even my age yet she has accomplished more than me and she seems happier... but i suppose thats all up to me anyway.
i also have had another thought. i got it off my blog website which i havent even continued yet.. its called '52 weeks of you'- every week you do a self portrait and that along with other portraits for the week gets judged. the point of it is to inspire people and to get them to be less self conscious and to like being in the photo instead of behind it. i dont know if anyone has even gotten this far down in this journal to actually see this, but if you guys are interested then i'm sure i don't mind seeing a few portraits and creating a few 'features'- even though i have no subscription and i'll have about.. possible 2 photos to choose from... great times people. fun times.

i created a christmas list in my head the other day.. but everything is wayyy expensive so it's turned into a wish list or 'when i get a job, i will buy...' list
wow. a job. just another thing on my HUGE to do list that probably wont actually consumate to anything until i'm 18 and have nothing better to do - i like lists, as you may have noticed.

i really did get a little bored last weekend

anyway, as usual, i'm writing a monster essay. sorry things seem a little monotone/ angsty/ depressing.. i'm just is a slobby mood. hope i'll get out and away from that soon
